The Prince of Wales is scheduled to attend the COP30 climate summit in South America during November, according to royal officials.

Prince William and King Charles appeared together on Thursday night at a gathering preceding the environmental conference, which is set to be held in the northern Brazilian city of Belém.

The King and Prince were present at the scientific institution event, marking an unusual joint appearance at a pre-COP30 gathering organized in partnership with the UK government.

Environmental Advocacy Dedication

King Charles has been a consistent supporter of protecting nature - and the Prince of Wales has taken on the baton, with his own environmental prize initiative, which will be taking place in South America before the UN meeting.
